Dr. Mamta Sinha has rich experience in promoting, setting up and managing companies in different verticals especially IT, Hospitality, Retail etc. Her expertise spans over strategic planning, information management, Financial and Human Resource Management. She is the driving force behind the group's strategic direction and new initiatives. She believes that the key to growth for a service oriented company is to create a highly committed and competent team. She takes personal interest in developing teams.

Mr. Vipul Gupta - Managing Director

Mr. Vipul Gupta is the Managing director of AIL and a core member of the executive team of the company. As a Co-founder of AIL, he has contributed significantly towards Business Management, Financial Management, Project Management and Contract Negotiations. He holds a Master's of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting.
